About the Role
Drivers with access to their own vehicle are essential to the post due to the geographical locations of our clients.
Salary: Starting at £11.66-£13.30 per hour plus enhancements for bank holidays, travel time and mileage payments.
Hours of Work: part time and full time hours available
Flexible hours
Domiciliary Care Worker Duties:
Confidently support people in a person-centred way
Carry out personal care including bathing and toileting support, dressing and undressing.
Managing medication.
Assessing peoples mobility and associated risks in their homes.
Prepare meals and drinks.
Assisting people with the care of their pets.
Assist people into the community using public transport.
Attend training and team meetings.
Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Essential Skills
Domiciliary Care Worker Requirements:
Previous UK work experience in Home Care / Residential Care / Hospital Care
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills as described in the main responsibilities
Able to follow instructions on both written and electronic care plans
Literate in spoken and written English with clear handwriting.
Ability to work alone with people with a range of health conditions.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle
Update Service Adult Workforce Enhanced DBS (Highly desirable)
