Job Description:
* Coordinate and oversee technical aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
* Review and approve technical documentation, including architectural plans and engineering drawings.
* Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the coordination of technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
* Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any technical challenges.
* Review and approve design changes, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
* Support the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Proven experience in residential development projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
