Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Vending Support person to join our well-established and experienced team at our North East branch based in the Seaham area. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Vending Support, you will support and manage your own local customer base, ensuring that the onsite vending machines are fully stocked and maintained. The role will require you to commute to multiple sites, where you will be able to build strong relationships with our customers and develop your product knowledge.

We are looking for applicants who are driven to learn new skills, looking to develop a new career and are willing to travel and work on site. On-the-job training and job shadowing will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression. A vehicle will be provided during working hours.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as our Vending Support will include:

Profiling stock requirements for each customer account and forecasting stock levels based on previous sales and trends.
Managing and replenishing stock within the vending machines.
Monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements as required.
Identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.
Commuting to multiple sites.
Data input.
Processing and raising purchase orders based on customer requests and enquiries.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Vending Support:

Full manual driving licence is necessary.
Must be PC literate – able to check stock on the computer system.
Good communication skills – must be able to communicate with individuals across all levels of the business.
Customer-focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
