A well-established, and rapidly expanding Roofing Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place.
It's an exciting time for the company as they continue to expand, operating on a number of established frameworks.
You will be managing and have overall responsibility for multiple Social Housing Roofing schemes across the North West, and have line management responsibility for Site Managers who will manage each program on a day to day basis.
You must have:
A strong background in the roofing sector - either Social Housing or Commercial projects
