Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent technical service to our customers. For this job, you will need fantastic IT skills, experience in a customer-facing role, and enjoy problem-solving. After full training, you will then go on to help your customers via phone and email.
Providing advice, guidance, and knowledge on the use of the software platform
Working to an agreed set of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards to deliver a fair, timely, and effective customer experience.
Building relationships with key customer contacts
Demonstrating expert product knowledge
Working closely with the Customer Success Team/Experience team
Provide educational support
What we would love you to have;
Demonstrable IT skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication and listening skills
Have had experience in a customer-facing role with a confident telephone manner
Good time management with strong organisational skills.
