Customer Service Assistant (Kendal branch) - 36.25 hours per week

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be an integral part of their customer service department, responsible for providing excellent support to their valued customers. This is a diverse role that will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiencesRequirements:

Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries
Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
