Snowdon Recruitment are working with one of the UKs most trusted sustainability companies who are looking for an Operations Manager to support their on-going growth. This is a role with a company who will look to offer a lifelong career.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Lead and support the operations department to ensure high standards of delivery for all installation measures
* Manage the operations team, including project manager and all site employees, installers and engineers
* Lead department meetings
Package
Up to £42,000 basic salary dependant on experience
29 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing by an additional day for each fully completed years service up to 33 days a year

Requirements
Two or more years in an operations management role
Strong skills in budgeting and oversight
Ability to delegate responsibilities whilst maintaining control of company operations
