Join us as part of a team at a food retail kiosk. Fresh meals prepared in store at Tesco, for customers to grab on the go, or enjoy at home. This is a hands-on position and you'll play an important role in ensuring the concession kiosk runs smoothly. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
* As a colleague you will support the running of the kiosk, working closely with the team.
* Responsible for maintaining the security of cash, stock, premises and team colleagues by following correct procedures.
* Delivery of all KPI’s.
* Basic food preparation and heating food in the kiosk. These products include, Pizzas, Mexican Foods, Macaroni & Cheese, Chicken Parmigiano, side dishes.
* Display and restock products.
* Maintain the clean and tidy appearance of the concession before, during and after service.
* Opening and closing routines, control systems and record keeping
* Ensuring a high level of personal hygiene, ensuring that food safety regulations are adhered to.
* Great product knowledge.
The requirement of the business is to have a flexible approach. Shifts required to cover hours of operation from 7am-6pm Mon-Sat.

* Ideally has previous catering/retail experience.

* Basic Food Hygiene Level 2
