Materials Controller

The main duties and responsibilities for the successful Materials Controller will include: 

Bookings goods in
Material inspection 
Kitting 
Assembling 
Procurement of raw materials & placing orders 
Progressing of purchase orders 
Raising work orders 
General operations duties Requirements to be considered for this Materials Controller:

Experience in using an ERP / MRP System is essential
Goods in inspection & Materials Controller experience 
Knowledge/ experience within procurement or purchasing would be advantageous 
Previous materials administration experience essentialThis is a brand new position within the business due to companies growth, the succesful MAterials Controllers time will be split between the shop floor and the office so you must be comfortable moving between the two roles, carrying out any other duties required including manual handling. 

The role based in Poole, working  a day shift Monday to Friday and paying £24-26,000 depending on experience.
