Position: Primary Teacher, Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher
Start Date: May 2024 (initially temporary until summer)
Potential: Permanent position from September 2024 in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher in Upper Key Stage 2, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. You will have the opportunity to engage with bright young minds, encourage creativity, and promote critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the school's ethos
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school communityRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students
