We're seeking a dynamic Multi-skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a growing client based in the Rawtenstall area. Working for a forward-thinking manufacturing company, who are in their latest stage of investment in their plant. Working as part of a fantastic team under a management structure who prospect career growth, we have 3 different shift options available for this 1 vacancy.
This role is suited to an electrically biased maintenance engineer with a strong manufacturing background ideally within a factor setting. We require a minimum qualification of Level 3 or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Swift response to equipment failures and efficient fault diagnosis of any faults on the plant.
Ownership of proposed solutions to prevent repeat failures, contributing CI suggestion to help to remove persistent problems.
Accurate completion of shift reports and work orders.
Execution of preventative maintenance tasks, suggesting improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration within the Maintenance Team.Benefits:
