Mechanical Construction Manager

We are working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £65m and a strong presence across sectors who are looking for a mechanical site manager to join their London business unit to work on a notable £15m M&E mixed use student accomadation and commercial scheme in South West London. As mechanical site manager you will work closely with an on-site senior mechanical project manager and be tasked with overseeing a particular mechanical package to manage and motivate specialist sub-contractors to completion.

Duties include: • Leading on site mechanical team • Liaising with Directors/Project management • Holding client/sub-contractor meetings • Ensuring work is per specification • Ensuring on site Health & Safety regulations are adhered to. The ideal candidate: • Experience working for an M&E contractor in a supervisory role • Previous experience on projects of a similar size • Highly organised • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
