Job Title: German Speaking Credit Controller
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 Per annum
Benefits: Bonus

Job Duties:
Manage and oversee the credit control process for German-speaking clients
Communicate with clients in German to ensure timely payments
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients
Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and reminders
Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions
Required Qualifications:
Fluency in German (Native level)
Proven experience in credit control or a similar financial role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of credit control principles and practises
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in Credit Management
Experience working with international clients
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in Blackburn, North West England
Standard working hours, Monday to Friday
Potential for occasional travel to meet clients
