Location: UK Home Based

Salary: £45k - £55k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client’s Healthcare Company is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health services. Their clients include leading names across a wide range of sectors.

The Role:

As an Occupational Psychologist, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, interpret data, and provide tailored interventions and recommendations for clients.

Duties:

Conduct assessments using various sources of data.
Provide tailored interventions, including coaching and training.
Communicate assessment findings and treatment plans effectively.
Offer clinical leadership and supervision to team members.
Manage neurodiversity services and develop supportive policies. 

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Psychologist or in a similar role.
Extensive experience with neurodiversity in adults.
HCPC registration and MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Experience of using cognitive assessment tools and psychometric testing
British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA) Associate Membership.
British Psychological Society (BPS) accreditation.
Experience in occupational therapy and assistive technology.
