Job Title: Senior IT Manager
Salary: GBP 85,000 - GBP 100,000 per annum
Location: Uxbridge

The Senior IT Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering intricate solutions for integrated software landscapes within the B2B e-Commerce domain
Role Overview:
The perfect candidate will be responsible for application delivery & operations across the EMEA region. The role demands operational and delivery excellence, coupled with robust people management skills.
Responsibilities:
·Providing innovative end-to-end process/IT solutions for the e-Commerce domain.
·Leading cross-organizational process/IT change programs, managing stakeholders on MT level.
·Serving as a trusted advisor on middle and senior management levels for all process/IT matters.
·Managing, coaching, and leading a team, including less experienced colleagues and external partners.
·Overseeing operational stability, project escalations, resource planning, and budget management for the eCommerce & Content Management domain.
Requirements:
·A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
·Experience in IT Delivery, including eCommerce and/or Content Management experience managing large process/IT programs with an excellent track record.
·Experience managing offshore teams.
·A strong background in defining solutions for an integrated enterprise software landscape with eCommerce platforms
·Extensive experience in either B2C and/or B2B customer experiences.
·Excellent Project Management skills.
·Exceptional problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities, demonstrated by alternative solutions, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong stakeholder & people management skills.
