QC Inspection Manager

We are seeking a QC Inspection Supervisor to uphold the highest quality standards within the QC Inspection department. This pivotal role involves overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Management and the Inspection team to develop and implement quality control processes.
Manage and mentor the inspection team.
Conduct daily inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
Monitor adherence to quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
Prepare documentation on quality findings and maintain accurate records.
Provide guidance and training to the inspection team to enhance their understanding of quality standards.Requirements:

Proven experience within Quality Control / Quality Assurance for Manufacturing
Leadership experience in a Supervisory position
Strong Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement skills.
Previous inspection experience.Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 40 hrs per week - Mon-Fri (early finish Friday).
