Job Title: Employment Coach / Advisor
Location: Blackpool
Salary: £26-30,000 DOE
Role Overview:
Our Client - a leading provider of education and employment services – is seeking a Employment Coach/Advisor on their Restart contract based in office. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey to employment, providing them with advice, support, and resources to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers through regular contact and reviews to understand their needs and goals.
· Provide tailored advice and guidance to support customers in progressing towards their employment objectives.
· Promote learning opportunities and recruit learners to the most appropriate provision.
· Identify the level of support required and make referrals to training or specialist support agencies as needed.
· Conduct better-off-in-work calculations to ensure customers make informed decisions about their employment options.
· Conduct regular reviews of learners to monitor progress and adjust support as necessary.
· Case manage customer attendance and overall performance to ensure contractual compliance.
· Develop relationships with employers and source vacancies that align with customer goals and meet job outcome targets.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all systems to meet quality standards.
· Develop and manage partnerships with local partners.
Essential/Desirable Criteria:

· GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C)
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or relevant industry experience
· Background of working in a customer-facing target-driven environment
· This role will require an enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
