Role: Chargehand

Rates: We pay the NAECI Blue Book rates and where applicable; lodge and radius payment

Hourly: £21.27

OT1: £29.78

OT2: £38.29

Hourly Bonus: £2.37

Lodge Stipend if applicable: £337.12

Hours/Shifts: 44 hours a week shift patterns include: Monday to Friday day shift, Monday to Thursday backshift or night shift. Weekend work is available. Shift patterns are subject to change

Work Type: Contract PAYE

Job Responsibilities:

Supervision of Labour
Carry out work in progress
Document deliveries to site
Allocate necessary drawings
Obtaining work permits
Allocate instructions on a QRA basis
Document any remedial work
Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and ensure that your actions do not put other people, fellow employees or members of the public at risk by what you do or don't do in the course of your work
Follow the processes outlined in the integrated management system. Essentials

We need someone with a minimum of CSCS Gold skilled, IPAF and CCNSG.

You need to have worked in either the nuclear, defence or oil & gas industry.
