Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delegation of maintenance tasks, surpassing DVSA standards and setting industry benchmarks.

Mentor and develop the engineering team to achieve peak technical proficiency and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with the Depot Engineering Manager to optimize collaboration.
Keep abreast of industry innovations, continuously enhancing your and your team's engineering prowess.
Maintain meticulous engineering records, demonstrating excellence in documentation and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

A valid full UK driving licence.
Significant experience in PCV or heavy vehicle mechanics.
A PCV licence is highly regarded, though not mandatory.
A genuine passion for mentoring and team development.
Strong team player with the ability to perform under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the evolving needs of the engineering landscape.
