Our client is a National multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy and offers an excellent choice of professional construction services to their clients.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for a Building Surveyor who has gained experience working within the housing sector.
The successful candidate will be involved in the following:
• Social housing damp and mould surveys.
• Social Housing void surveys.
Previous experience carrying out the above is essential for this role.
The work load is based over in Bolton so ideally you will live somewhere in the North West and be flexible to travel. You will be based on site approximately 3 days a week with the rest of your time being home based where you will be writing up the reports.
My client is prepared to be flexible on the salary offered to attract the right candidate for this role.
