Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PTS Site Engineer to join our dynamic team on a high-profile rail project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's successful delivery, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. £80m electrification project including lineside civils and station upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to ensure project specifications are met.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard and within project deadlines.
Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.Requirements:

Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the rail industry.
Strong understanding of rail construction and maintenance processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
