Non Stop's client, based in the North West, is looking for someone to join their independent fostering agency as a Team Manager on a permanent basis.

Benefits packageResponsibilities:

Manage a team of experienced supervising social workers in the Manchester region
Work with the head of fostering in order to continuously grow and improve the service
Work with stakeholders in order to help develop the service and make sure continuous support is provided to foster carers and childrenRequirements:

Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driving License
Experience in the fostering sector, preferably someone who has led a team of social workers
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
