We have an opportunity for a Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Quality Department with daily administration and maintenance of all quality related data.

An overview of the role responsibilities but not limited to:

* Logging and trending all customer complaints and communicate the complaints received by both sites effectively

* Initiating complaint investigations and liaising with QA to get relevant information and corrective actions to report to the customer

* Generate customer friendly response letters

* Hold a monthly complaints meeting with relevant departments

* Completion of Customer Monthly reports

* Completion of Monthly Management reports

* Completion of weekly Technical and Business KPI report

* To trend, report and analyse data such as, Complaints and Environmental and Finished Product micro

* To perform projects and tasks requested by line manager.

* Place orders when requested

* Cross referencing invoices against the logged purchase orders

* To log spend on the departmental budget

Candidates should have demonstrable experience working within an administration role with excellent IT literacy particularly Microsoft Packages.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse data with great attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills are key along with being able to prioritise workload.

An ICT or Food qualification would be preferred however is not essential
