Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a well-established and quickly expanding company based in Liverpool. As an Administration Assistant, you will undertake general administrative duties allocated by the Managers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining training, auditing, and customer support records across various management information platforms.

Salary: 22,000 per annum

Location: Liverpool city centre, on site

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Duties:

Undertake general administrative duties across all teams
Maintain the Training and Auditing Databases, as well as administer all external online learning platforms.
Manage training records for all staff, booking external training courses when required.
Arrange internal training sessions, including booking rooms, sending invites, and collecting feedback.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support colleagues across department. Experience & skills:

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve optimal results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, strong IT skills
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
Strong communication
