Key Responsibilities:

Conducting investigations into disciplinary matters, such as misconduct, policy violations, and poor performance
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather evidence and assess situations thoroughly
Providing guidance to managers on disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and adherence to policies
Facilitating disciplinary meetings, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Mediating disputes between employees and management for mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant experience in a similar field
Diploma in Management, CIPD qualified or equivalent
Proven experience in employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, and resolve conflicts effectively
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
Please note this role is subject to a basic DBS disclosure
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (to be reviewed), working 22.2 hours, 3 days per week starting on a salary of £40,000 per annum (pro rata). You’ll be based in offices in St Asaph with a potential of some agile working when requested.
