You will be responsible for all Building Surveying duties related to the maintenance and repair of properties within a portfolio.

Description
Undertaking Building Surveying duties related to maintenance and repair of properties.
Ensuring that all properties are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assisting in the procurement of contractors and overseeing their work from start to finish.
Tenant focused - regular interactions with customers, attentively listening and recording their queries during visits and acting upon them accordingly.Profile
A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
A good understanding of building maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of safety and sustainability regulations for properties.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to manage and resolve property related issues effectively.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.Job Offer
An estimated hourly salary of £27.00 - £33.00 per hour.
