Position Responsibilities:
Be available for supply teaching assignments across a range of Secondary schools in South East London.
Deliver engaging lessons, following the curriculum guidelines and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adapt to different classroom settings and build rapport with students quickly.
Utilize effective behavior management strategies and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
Provide constructive feedback and support students' learning and development. Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Experience teaching in Secondary settings is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum and a passion for inspiring students.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Adaptable, flexible, and reliable approach to teaching.
