Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Ellesmere Port

Empowering Learning Manchester is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team at a school in Ellesmere Port.

Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
Support students with their learning, providing one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Collaborate with the teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.Requirements:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Have experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
Possess a thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show a caring and compassionate approach towards students.
Display a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
