Title: Commercial Finance Business Partner
Salary: £60,000p/a - £70,000p/a
Location: Central London (hybrid)
Type: Perm
A fantastic opportunity to work as a Commercial Finance Business Partner has come up at an industry leading transport company. Based out of Central London (hybrid) this role is a new position to join the commercial finance team working on new bids and exiting bids analysis.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the commercial team structuring bids and tenders for upcoming projects
Support with the definition of the financial strategy of one of the key business areas
Provide support with delivering the required elements of Pre-Selection Questionnaires, Expressions of Interest and Requests for Proposals
Analyse the Business-as-Usual case for the target operation
Identify risks and opportunities for the target operation
Contribute to the robustness of the bid plan by providing financial advice
Assist in the identification and exploitation of financial opportunities
Prepare timely and accurate financial and commercial information to develop the bid price
Develop business cases and provide insight and challenge to bid-winning initiatives
Author and review bid documents ensuring that the content is compelling and accurate
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance bidding process
Experience/Skills
Proven problem-solving abilities - Essential
Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified - Essential
Experience of providing meaningful insight to impact strategic decision making - Essential
