We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our clients team as Wait Staff. As a vital member of front-of-house, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and seat them at their tables.
Present menus and take orders from customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu items.
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure that food is delivered to tables promptly and accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are presented attractively and according to the restaurant's standards.
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions with care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, and keeping the restaurant tidy.
Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless dining experience for guests, assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Uphold the pizzeria's standards of hospitality and professionalism, fostering a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or pizzeria setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
