Location: College in Hull

Role Type: Part-time (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Salary: £20-£26 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
Join our team as an Employability Tutor at a reputable college in Hull. We are seeking a motivated individual to work with students who are not in employment, training, or education (NEET). The successful candidate will create a positive and motivational environment to help students achieve qualifications and pursue employment opportunities for September.
Duties of an Employability Tutor:
Deliver engaging sessions to support students in developing employability skills.
Provide one-to-one support and guidance to students, including CV writing and interview preparation.
Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative employability programs.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
Liaise with external agencies and employers to arrange work placements and job opportunities.
Organise workshops and events to enhance students' employability prospects.Requirements for Working with Tradewind:
Possess a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Submit a CV with full career history.
Provide at least two satisfactory references.
Hold valid right to work in the UK.Location Benefits:
