As a HR System and Data Adviser, you will support the successful implementation, customisation, development, maintenance and output of the HRIS System. This role serves as a technical point-of contact supporting the HR system needs of the business across the group.

Working within the HR team and closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure data accuracy integrity, testing of system developments, managing HR data, ensuring data quality, providing analysis and reporting of data as well as implementing continuous improvements in the HR system.

This is a well establish company with an excellent culture, based in the heart of Liverpool city centre in modern, new office space.

Please note the role is 5 days on site per week.

Main duties include:

Ensure the successful implementation, development and maintenance of the new HR system across the group
Maintain HR system functionality, including data entry, screens, and workflow processes
Provide user support by addressing HR system-related queries from employees, resolving issues ranging from login problems to specific enquiries about employee benefits through a variety of mediums including email, phone calls and face-to-face
Provide HR data and systems specialist knowledge to the wider business
Support and implement audit reviews across the HR System to maintain data integrity
Identify system improvements to increase efficiencies
Support employees with their development around the HR system

Candidate Requirements

Excellent technical knowledge of HR systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to work on site 5 days per week in Liverpool
