We are looking for a Head of Family Law for one of the premier solicitors in the Liverpool Area. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation and development of the Family department, will have extensive experience dealing with a variety of privately funded family matters.
The candidate requirements are:
* Manage their own advocacy including flexibility to attend Court.
* 8+ PQE
* Strong working knowledge of dealing with a range of matters including; matrimonial, divorce and children matters.
* Strong business development skills.
* Confidence working alone whilst the department is being established.
* Balance the demands of clients/caseload as well as non- case work related work including a variety of managerial tasks once a team is established.
* Previous supervisory experience desirable but not essential.
* Meet annual billing and performance related targets.
The salary for this position starts at £50,000 and will be based on experience. They also offer supplemental pay types: Monthly bonus scheme and annual performance bonus to be considered and implemented once the department is established.
