Multi track RTA File Handler

A Legal 500, National Personal Injury Practice is recruiting a Multi-Track Case Handler for their Merseyside office. You will be based in their reputable PI department dealing with all aspects of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims, predominantly from an orthopaedic nature.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:

* Dealing with Fixed Fee and Portal RTA, Untraced and Uninsured MIB claims, CICA claims, PL/OL and EL claims dealt with by the Multi-Track team.

* Instructing Counsel and attending hearings and CMC’s, JSMs etc, when necessary

* Undertaking telephone advocacy e.g. allocation hearings and CMCs

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience managing their own case load of portal/multi-track Personal Injury and fixed fee matters. A proven track record of running a successful portal, fast and/or multi track case load within personal injury. You will be confident dealing with clients and have excellent organisational skills. Working as part of a team is crucial alongside being confident with Microsoft packages and have strong client care skills.
