My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects.
They are recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join their business.
As the Procurement Manager, your role will entail:
Liaison with development teams from project inception and budgeting through to completion.
Efficiently manage and grow supply chain to support all areas of the business.
Lead the procurement team ensuring clear communication with site based project teams to ensure effective supply of nationwide delivery teams.
Cultivate partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver monthly reports and presentations for senior management
Uphold project documentation and filing protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.Salary: On offer is a salary of between £50,000 to £60,000 plus package.
