Project Architect Job in Manchester joining a multisector practice with North and South Office Locations. They are known for delivering award-winning projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Leisure, Care, Residential, and Commercial

This year marks their 40th anniversary, and thanks to ongoing success, they're expanding their teams. With notable growth in their Later Living and Care sector, this role will have a primary focus in that area.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and contribute to the planning and design processes for various projects in the Later living sectors.
Take an active role in project management, including coordinating with clients, contractors, and other project team members
Using AutoCAD and Revit daily to produce technical packages
Reporting to seniors and directors with project and team updates.Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in the Care and Later Living sectors is highly desirable
Proven experience working collaboratively within a team
Skill in the use of Revit and AutoCAD is essential
Previous experience taking the lead on projects
3-5 years of UK experience.What you get back

£40,000 - £45,000
