An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Architect to join one of the UK’s leading Healthcare specialists in their studio in the Manchester area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a project leading Architect with a passion for innovative Healthcare design to work with an established and highly regarded studio on some of the latest Healthcare projects cross the UK.

Duties

Take charge of projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring smooth progression from conception to completion. This involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and technical abilities in architectural design, specific to Healthcare projects.
Ensure that all designs are expertly detailed, complying with current UK building regulations and standards.
Represent the practice in client-facing interactions, fostering positive relationships and understanding client needs. Collaborate effectively with clients to translate their vision into innovative architectural designs.
Utilize your strong experience in healthcare architecture to develop innovative design solutions, leveraging tools including Revit.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, integrating various design disciplines to deliver holistic project solutions.
Conduct regular site visits as needed to ensure construction activities align with design intent and quality standards. 

Requirements

ARB registered and Masters qualified Architect
Proven experience in Healthcare / Hospital projects in the UK
Expert user of Revit is a must
Proficiency within AutoCad, SketchUp and Adobe Suite is beneficial
Excellent technical and regulatory knowledge within Architectural design for the UK’s Healthcare sector
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are vital
Confident running projects independently
A high-quality portfolio of previous work
