Project: Fit Out/Refurbishment - industrial unit & offices

My client are a well-established Main Contractor who have several divisions including Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance, working across Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This would be working on a internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West, with work including re-roofing, groundworks, flagging, internal refurbishments, installation of mezzanine floors etc.
Your duties will include:
Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors etc, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget
Monitoring health and safety on site
Attending progress meetings, client meetings
Quality control & progression
Managing Health & Safety
Site Inductions
The successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects, and will ideally have a joinery background.
You will also need the following tickets:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
In return for your skills, the company will offer a salary of £38-40k+ company vehicle, pension, private healthcare (once the temporary period is complete)
