Working Site Foreman

Working Site Foreman – North West – Refurbishment - £40,000 - £45,000 & Package

I am currently recruiting for a Working Site Forerman to control refurbishment  projects for the leading construction contractor in the North West.

You will ideally come from a trade background (ideally joinery) and you will have experience of delivering refurbishments in various sectors. Projects will consist of universities, colleges, industrial, cat a, cat b and schools. They will range in value from £100,000 - £5,000,000 and average job value will be circa £500,000. Projects will be located throughout the North West and live sites include Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and Stockport.

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

You will hold your SMSTS, CSCS  & First Aid certificates. You will have a proven track record of delivering refurbishment contracts.
