German Speaking Business Travel Consultant
German speaking Corporate travel consultant required for a large successful travel company based in Manchester
Seeking Travel consultants that have experience in Corporate travel, business travel or other travel with GDS experience in either Amadeus , Galileo or Sabre
Working Monday to Friday , servicing a mixture of corporate accounts for this travel management company.

Fluent German Speaking Business Travel Consultant will

Book travel arrangements to include hotels, flights and transportation using a GDS system
Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, upgrades as needed
Deal with reissues, schedule changes and amendments to flights
Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, hotels and tickets
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Manage customised solutions with clients and partners.
Fluent German speaking Business Travel Consultant Skills required

Working knowledge of a GDS, either Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
Business Travel, corporate travel, or leisure travel reservations experience
Fluent German and English
Experience of booking net and / or published fares ideally
A team player, with strong communication skills, thrive in a social environment.
Able to train in Manchester for 4 days
Fluent German speaking Business Travel Consultant additional info:

Paying a salary of up to £31,000 depending on experience
Commissions scheme of around £2000 - £4000 a year although is uncapped - paid monthly
Homeworking may be considered too for this role depending on experience
Excellent benefits on offer to include private healthcare, life assurance, option to buy or sell annual leave, pension, discounted staff travel
31.5 days holiday (inclusive of Bank holidays)
Office based in Manchester or Hybrid or homeworking available following training
