Panel Beater
Manchester
Salary: Up to £51,678 basic (depending on contracted hours)- plus uncapped bonus!
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts - (7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm) and Saturdays on a rota basis, 8am to 12pm (paid at an overtime rate).

Responsibilities:
* Remove damaged panels and parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Straighten and reshape metal panels to original specifications.
* Repair dents, scratches, and other surface imperfections through filling, sanding, and smoothing techniques.
* Replace or repair damaged structural components, including chassis members, frame rails, and inner panels.
* Align and fit replacement panels and parts with precision, ensuring seamless integration and proper functionality.
* Weld, bolt, or rivet panels into place, utilizing welding equipment and fastening tools as required.
* Inspect repaired areas for quality and accuracy, addressing any imperfections or deviations from specifications.
Skills and Experience:
* Ideally you will have an ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification
* Driving Licence required
* You'll need be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.
