My client is a stunning 4-star hotel and country club based in Meriden, surrounded by a beautiful golf course. They are looking to add a passionate and driven individual to join as their public area cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the public areas of the hotel during the evening.

My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally.  

The main duties of the Public Area Cleaner will be: 

Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms, to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, including door handles, handrails, and public seating areas.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.

The ideal Public Area Cleaner will:  

Ideally have experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role. 
Be passionate, determined and driven.  
Have good customer service, communication and teamwork skills.  
Be willing to learn and adapt to different situations.  

My client is open to all candidates, no matter the experience. They are looking for reliable and flexible candidates to join their team. They offer outstanding training as they are aware hotel policies differ from location to location.  

Job-type: Full-time, Permanent 

Schedule: 37.5 hours a week, 5/7 days, 3-10pm (flexible)

Salary: £11.44
