This exceptional company is seeking a motivated Principal Acoustic Consultant to join their team in their Manchester office to work on a range of environmentally focused developments. The exciting role will include:
Collaborating with a talented architects and design teams to produce elegant internal building acoustics.
Leading international projects through RIBA design stages, BREEAM assessments, and noise monitoring surveys.
Making a positive change in developments in residential, commercial, and industrial areas.
Utilizing state of the art noise modelling software effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as Acoustics, Audio, or Physics.
Corporate Membership of the IOA.
Experience of working with architects on internal building acoustics design
Experience in RIBA design stages and reporting, BREEAM assessment and accreditation.
Proficient in the use of noise modelling software, preferably INSUL, CadnaA, Excel and calculation formula.
Experience in prediction and measurement of HVAC noise.
Experience in Noise Impact Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments.
