Corporate Finance Manager

Search are excited to be working with a highly acquisitive PE backed organisation who are looking for a corporate finance professional with a strong technical accounting background to support them with due-diligence and post acquisition accounting.

This is role will be perfect for a qualified accountant with either a desire to or experience working within M&A, you'll be supported by a high calibre team and senior management. With a fantastic working culture you'll spear head on post acquisition accounts and drive EBITDA.

As a continuously growing business this is a pivotal role and the right person will grow with the business offering up plenty of opportunity to progress.

Responsibilities:

Due-diligence and post acquisition integration for new deals
Produce monthly acquisition reports
Review management accounts for post acquisition deals
Business partner with key finance and non-finance stakeholders
Production of balance sheet reconciliations
Analyse post acquisition data and report on relevant areas
Ad-hoc post acquisition responsibilities Person:

ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant
Experience within M&A/corporate finance is desirable
Advanced excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with all levels of a business On Offer:

£55,000 - £65,000 per anum salary including an impressive bonus and pension, hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office. A great culture with a supportive team and extended annual leave entitlement.
