Description
As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Processing new business for advisers/planners, completing trades/fund switches, liaising with product providers and ensuring new business is administered correctly
Administration support for valuations, transfers and client reviews in preparation for client meetings
Liaising with client and advisers with updates, changes and all matters relating to their financial matters
Maintaining the accuracy of client data on the system, ensuring all compliance regulations are being met
Invoicing clients for work completed
Providing policy documents to client where appropriate
Providing administration support to advisers following meetings with clients with agreed timescales
Highlighting breaches or complaints to the Compliance Manager as quick as possibleProfile
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
Knowledge of financial products and funds
Experience of report writing, valuations and appraisals would be ideal
Strong administration skill set
Great communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
Relevant qualifications include Certificate in Financial Services/Planning
