TPF Recruitment is assisting a highly successful R&D tax boutique and chartered accountancy practice with multiple locations, including Sevenoaks, Kent. Specialising in R&D and Innovation Tax incentives, as well as offering general practice accountancy services to a diverse range of growing technology and entrepreneurial businesses across the UK, our client is at the forefront of their field.
Currently, they seek an R&D Advisor to join their dynamic team in a role offering extensive client interaction and the opportunity to oversee client portfolios from start to finish. Supported by a seasoned team of R&D and tax experts, you'll play a crucial role in delivering claim reports to HMRC, showcasing why clients' technological projects qualify for R&D tax relief.
In this position, your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with clients' technologists, such as software developers and technical architects, across various industry sectors, including TMT, Financial Services, Retail and E-commerce, Aerospace and Defence, Construction, and Manufacturing.
Furthermore, you'll be encouraged to pursue professional qualifications such as ATT/CTA, ACA, ACCA etc. with comprehensive support and access to mentoring opportunities provided. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, communicative, dedicated to continuous learning, and possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude. Strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be managing workloads and meeting deadlines effectively.
Requirements
R&D Tax Advisor - Sevenoaks
You will ideally have experience of R&D and want to build a long term career with a market leading business.
Alternatively, you will come from a tax background, where you will have experience in report writing, and a basic understanding of tax, or you may come from a wider finance background and be interested in pursuing a career in R&D.
Benefits

£40,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
