Key responsibilities:
* Providing a high quality and professional service to clients
* Working on the Acturis system
* Building strong key relationships to fully understand the needs of the client and identifying the most effective cover for their risk
* Prepping documentation ahead of renewals
* Renewal meetings and handling pre-renewal in a timely manner
* Ensuring that all documentation is recorded accurately on the system
* Keeping up to date with market conditions and changes in regulatory framework
