What you’ll do
• Manage individual client claims to a successful outcome.
• Ensures that the needs of all relevant client personnel involved with the claim are understood and acted on.
• Produces claims reports for clients.
• Liaise with and maintain the goodwill of insurer claims personnel when interacting on individual claims.
• Maintain records of own time end expense per client.
• Ensure that compliance requirements are met when handling each claim.
• Ensure the wider client teams are kept informed of changing claims trends or significant losses for individual clients.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor Claims trends and makes recommendations, as appropriate.
• Involved in handling and monitoring major losses, with support provided as necessary.
• As required assist in implementing the overall business plans.
• Wherever possible assist in development of New Clients.
Experience you need
If you have a background working in the insurance industry as a claims handler we want to hear from you.
Have you studied DIP CII / ACII or equivalent or are you currently working towards it or a similar qualification, if so, please apply
If you have an understanding of insurance claims and could perform claims meetings, we'd like to hear from you.
