We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Sales Manager.

You will lead a successful team of Recruitment Consultants from the front with a hands on sales approach, mentoring and guiding them towards achieving their monthly and annual targets as well as achieving their personal development goals.

You will lead by example in terms of developing and building relationships with your own clients. Working closely with the team and Sales Director you will be involved in strategic sales and planning to help with the growth of the business.

At the heart of what we offer clients is a passion to provide a first class recruitment service, be that a permanent position or multiple contract hires. We are looking for a proactive individual who will lead from the front, invest time in their people and ensure the team delivers financially.

The Job

* Recruit high-quality permanent or contract candidates by sourcing and head hunting via various job boards, linked in and recruitment platforms.

* Driving your team to achieve branch objectives and ambitions

* Key Account/Client liaison and Business Development

* Ensuring your team are compliant in their actions and record activities on company CRM system

* Telephone screen and interview candidates vis teams or in person, assessing suitability and compliance for roles.

* Confidently generate new sales business & bring on new temporary or permanent jobs to increase revenue.

* Form strong relationships with both clients and candidates in person and on Linked In ensuring an excellent delivery of service at all times.

* New business and account development and implementing team building and motivational ideas

* You will need to be flexible to travel across the South East & London for client visits and hold a full UK driving licence.

For this position we are looking for :

* Experienced 360 recruiter who is successful generating leads and winning new recruitment business

* Proven billing history from an experienced and motivated Recruiter keen to get on the phone and progress within the business.

* Motivated to make money and increase revenue

* Well organised & able to prioritise tasks

* Confident using technology including Linked In Recruiter Lite and social media

* Current Recruitment Manager or a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager looking for their next step up

Normal working hours are 8:30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday with flexible working in place, flexibility will be required as per the needs of the business.
