Area Manager - Residential Care / Supported Living
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager for a Residential Care role based near Stretford in Greater Manchester. The role is with a reputable company that operates in the healthcare sector and are providing care to adults and children with learning disabilities. This role would be to support multiple services in Greater Manchester.
They are offering:
* Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
* 33 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

The Role:
As a Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing operational aspects of the business
* Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team
* Focus on strategical plans for the business
* Budget management
* Maintain robust governance
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Area Manager position should have:
* Level 5 QCF in care or equivalent/higher
* Experience in a leadership role such as Registered Manager or Care Manager
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience of working with adults/children in a residential / supported living setting
